WHAT MAKES CATAMOUNT OUTDOOR GEAR DIFFERENT?

It all begins with an idea. The idea that great gear can and should be designed, sourced, and sewn exclusively on American soil. The idea that great gear should be meticulously thought out, created, brought to its limits, and refined to exceed those limits... The idea that cutting corners is not an option, no matter the cost. While many companies claim American Made, very few of them actually take that to the extreme, designing here, sourcing all components from here, and assembling everything here. We take it very seriously, to the detriment of our bottom line, but at the end of the day we know that we are doing it right, and that's what makes us successful in the long run.

 

WHAT IS CATAMOUNTS RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your gear. If you receive any piece of gear from us, and its not what you hoped it would be, simply Click Here and we will be happy to help you exchange or return your gear. We give you a full 30 days from the order date to return or exchange your new and unused condition item for a full refund (minus shipping). If you change your mind after 30 days, shoot us an email and we will handle that on a case by base basis.

The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to return or exchange items, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item being shipped, in which case Catamount covers your return shipping cost.

 

WHAT IS THE CATAMOUNT OUTDOOR GEAR WARRANTY?

We believe gear should work. Plain and simple. We stand behind our work and provide a full guarantee against any defects in material or workmanship. Should your gear have any issues with defects in material or workmanship, shoot us an email at CatamountOutdoorGear@gmail.com or Click Here and we will repair or replace your product at our digression and at no cost to you.

Any product repair due to normal wear and tear will mean a reasonable service charge associated with that repair.
